This Week in Baseball

Rays: 13 Rays: 9 Redsox: 7 Redsox: 2
Redsox:4 Redsox: 1 Rays: 9 Rays: 0

Rays Lead series 3-1

Even Though the Rays are up 3-1 don't think Boston is done yet. Having came back against the Yanks and the Indians. The Series is far from over with Daisuke Matsuzaka taking the hill for Boston whom the Rays only got 2 hits off of in Game 1. Then in Games six and seven the Redsox have Beckett and Lester. This series is still very much up for grabs.

Phills: 7 Phills: 2 Dodgers: 5 Dodgers:2
Phills lead series 3-1
Dodgers: 5 Dodgers: 7 Phills: 8 Phills:3

The Phillies have this series in the bag up 3-1. The momentem is on their side and even if they Lose tonights game they will be going back to the cit of brotherly love, where the Dodgers have not won a game all year.

Again, I have to agree with both comments (and not just because I'm your father). This newly reborn RedSox team has the ability to hang around and come back again and again. One comment though is that until now their pitching has been awful giving up an average 10 runs per game!!!
With Manny gone, and the Rays batters on total fire, this one might just be over.

As for the Phillies we now know your prediction was correct, I did not know that the Dodgers did not win all year in Philly, interesting.

Well, it looks as though you might be right again with your "don't count the RedSox out" prediction. They won a huge one tonite that might be a real momentum changer. And now as you said, with Becket going, this is anyone's series..
